Photo shows flowers planted in spring getting choked by crab grass and weeds. The flowers shouldn’t have been planted in the first place. The area is in blazing sunshine from sun up to sun down. A better choice would be a succulent garden or no plantings at all. The money could have been used to fix the sign at the entrance to the soccer fields and for mulch to go around the bushes and trees across the entrance from the sign. The weeds in that area are taking over as well.
