There is a blue Chevy Silverado (YXD-6992) that has a hyper-sensitive car alarm. Any time it picks up a vibration the alarm is setoff. Sometimes it is for a second and other times it is for a few minutes. The vehicle parks in random locations along Federal or 18th. The owner seems to come from somewhere along the 1800 block of Federal. All of the alarms are false but quite annoying, especially when it occurs outside of my home.
