Reported the other day, manhole in between 321 and 327 Pearl St. Someone was here yesterday 9/1/21.

Manhole was quiet for less than 24 hours, but now banging dramatically again.

In the past whoever came to fix has used some kind of rubber gasket to help cushion the sound. If one wasn't used yesterday, please, please use one when it gets looked at again.
