Thank you for responding.
I think my City Council member is David Yassky.
I also want to add that I hope I have the address correct.
The empty lot is on the corner of Douglass St. and Smith St. so I'm not
sure if the street address is Douglass or Smith. I clicked on the map and
it gave me Douglass as the street.
