I both hope it is and hope it isn’t. (Sorry someone had their vehicle stolen, glad they may get it back). The hood is also ajar so you may need to do something to get it going again if it is yours. If it is theirs maybe they can get it back before they have to deal with the impound yard (as of this am it was not tagged yet).
I have been attempting to locate an owner to this vehicle. At this point I have not been successful. This vehicle will be towed on 9/15 if it is parked at this location.
