Garage on 1st street across from the former St. Bernard's church. The roof has been deteriorating for several yrs. There are holes at the base of the roof, as well as pipes hanging off it. This is a safety concern. I have a lot of problems in the winter with snow falling off the roof, pieces of slate also. They come onto my property & is causing damage to my porches. The management company that owns this garage, has done nothing to maintain the property! It is a real eye sore. I would like the building inspector to evaluate this garage for safety concerns & reach out to the owner's to take care of the problem. See attached photo. Thank you
