Hey Jim, The people who can take care of that for ya is C.L.I.P. They're in the phone book under City Services. They come out & fine the ownwer of the property until the problem is fixed & repaired to their specifications & if needed, they also bring them to court. That is one city office that actually works for their paycheck. I've seen them in action myself.
