Description

There is a broken sprinkler head, or pipe break perhaps, that floods this stretch of sidewalk daily where kids walk to school. Mud, wet, standing water and flooded grass area makes it difficult to walk and a slip-and-fall hazard. Plus, enough water for mosquito breeding, perhaps.
