Not only is the street too narrow to be a two-way, but frequently jams up because passers-through try and dodge pot-holes without getting into a head on collision. Also, in the last 20 years, a lot of sewer work has been done, and the patching up is terrible. I can hear cars banging and clanking up the street all day and night.
