Not totally sure what you are asking but assuming you are asking if the carts can be secured on trash day. Unfortunately the same thing that would keep someone out of cart would also keep JRM out as well. If you have any idea as to who is responsible for this, please contact our Animal Control Officer at 781-397-7171, ext. 1302 to report it and he will address it.
