The problem is ONLY on the weekends, this is very important or else it will be viewed as working correctly. The algorithm is clearly messed up at that time and the light only changes on every 3rd cycle.

Light does not recognize a car in the right-most lane of the left turn lanes on the weekends.

It is only on the weekends, but it is BOTH lanes, as there have been plenty of times multiple cars in both lanes are lined up and the light does not turn.
