Neighborhood Watch. Based on City Ord, Trash cans are to belocated at the side or rear of residence. These have been sitting on the driveway in front of the Garage for weeks.

Just questioning why this problem, which breaks rules regarding placement of trash cans, has still not been resolved. Its been a month as of July 4.

Checked by this home again, today. Still on edge of drive way, front of house.

So. Is your yard perfect? Looks like a young couple with small kids. Does this imperfect yard make you loose sleep at night? Get a hobby and stop trying to involve big brother in everyone's lives. Why don't you write a book telling everyone how they should live their lives according to philosophy.

This is not about perfect or imperfect. It is about laws and ordinances established for the benefit of you, me and everyone else who loves their city. Pretty simple. I want to be law abiding and responsible. I am sure that there are those that don't. Maybe your focus should be to get the laws changed.

Well now "law abiding citizen". I can understand if it's a meth lab or a crack house. It's 2 trash cans. Now after riding through your neighborhood. I see several trash cans from the road. And obviously other violations of city codes. But I have also noticed that you seem to focus your energies only on certain residents. Perhaps you are using these "laws" and this app for your own sense of justice to people you just don't like. It's just 2 trash cans. What's next for you? They sell radar guns on Amazon btw. Now "law abiding citizen". I've noticed that on more then once you took pictures were it's obvious you were trespassing on private property. Not just Carol street, but others. I've also noticed that you don't use your name on this app. What are you afraid of? Afraid that these hard working tax paying citizens that you have a grudge against knowing it's really you trying to @#$% in their corn flakes? Come on "law abiding citizen". Step up to the plate. We need a role model to set our stands by.

All of the issues that I have reported with the exception of one were requests from other residents in the community. Most are older and don't know how to use a computer. Being involved in community watch, folks expect me to address the issues they have in their behalf. I am dumb enough to do it. As of today, I am done with all of it, including community watch. Thanks.

This work order has been closed by the Environmental Services Department. The carts at this address should be in compliance at this time.
