Narrow sidewalk due to vegetation overgrowth

Q. Please provide a description of the issue being reported
A. At the sidewalk on the Northwest corner of Park Street and Tainter Street, there is so much plant overgrowth/weeds on the city right-of-way and along the residential property, that the passable area on the sidewalk is very narrow. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic here during school hours.
