Description

This neighbor keeps 3 cars parked on the street 24/7. However my concern is that he also has one car, two boats and a camper parked on his property. His garage is full of junk and the police have had a crisis intervention at this address several months ago.
I understand mental health issues but this property owner degrades those of us who live around him and pay taxes and have pride in our homes
