The alleyway's between Dwyer & Saint Louis from Lantz to E. 7 Mile look like a jungle. Per city ordinances, it is the responsibility of the property owner to keep their half of the alleyway free from trash and vegetation overgrowth. Until properties owners are willing to maintain half of the alleyway they must learn to live with the mice, rats, and possums.
To mitigate rodents all property owners must commit to the clean-up of the alleyway. Lets come together to show our proud for the community we live in.
