Description
Golf management has 2 employees currently abusing FMLA without showing proof of illness. These 2 employees constantly abuse their sick leave time and when they're about to run out of either sick leave and or vacation they request FMLA and are approved, several times over. This constant abuse puts extra pressure on already overworked employees who have to cover for those employees who manipulate the system. The superintendent at Golf Management has completely ignored this escalating issue and should immediately resign his position. If they can't manage properly, please leave it to someone who is more qualified. Overworking employees and having them work out of their job description(s) is a violation of their union contract per AFSCME Local 624. This needs to be investigated to the fullest extent that the city government allows. No way is this abuse fair to other employees.
