Description

The parking at the ELC is getting out of hand. It gets worse and worse every year. People used to be respectful and at least double park and not obstruct the flow of traffic, but now, people park wherever they want. I couldn't even get into the parking lot this morning. There needs to be police presence to help with flow of traffic or at least more demarcated lines where you clearly cannot park.
