I wasn't going to complain, but this has occurred too often. Today marks the 4th or 5th time that the recycling has not been picked up at my address at least on Friday. If there was a change in pickup of recycling I sure would like to know. Second, today is the first day that a trash bag has been dropped on the ground and left. I know for a fact that when I left my home, there were no trash bags on ground near my trash bin. Third, I would like to know what will it take to get my busted trash bin replaced. My neighbor had one that was not in bad shape but theirs got replaced. I know that I requested a replacement at least two different times.
