Description

Last year Elm Street was repaved, before that there was just a few potholes, but ever since they re-paved the street. There's an area where the water collects into a huge puddle. If it rains alot I have a pond for a couple of days. I pay taxes, car taxes,water taxes, property taxes. The least that the city can do is fix this new pond that we have, that wasn't there before.
