Description

The two bags on the ground were on top of the can so it appeared to be overfill the two bags only consist of styrofoam and nothing else. They took the time to write a note and tape it to the can instead of just moving the bags and still did not do the collection. Now there will be overfill next week because there was no collection this week and we still have to take the garbage out.
