Description

I reported an overflowing oversized dumpster at Munjoy South a few weeks ago. The dumpster is still there and it's still overflowing. Now it has been joined by a second dumpster (pictured). The original response from the city was "private property." I've decided I would try again to get some some action on this chronic issue. We'll see, I guess
