This was reported a year ago with no clean up action taken. Now there hss been construction debris dumoed on the lot. Huge chuncks of concrete and other debris.

Address is incorredt. Its and empty lot on East Juniper. Lot is being used as a dumping area for cobstruction demolition debris. Big chunks of concrete have been dumped here, maybe from Cgurch gaving steos replaced on same street.

Could you please verify the address. We are aware of an issue with 514 E Juniper Ave that we have already sent a notice of violation. If there is an additional lot that needs attention I would be more than happy to drive by today!

I dont have an address. As i said in my comment, its an empty lot on east Juniper with a large tree in front. All the debris is new after you sent a notice of violation more than a year ago (unless you've done a more recent notice.) Sending a notice of violation obviousky doesnt work. Who owns the lot? I bet your notices go in the trash unread.

Apologies for the confusion on the address. It appears that we are referencing the same lot at 514 E Juniper Ave and the owner of that address was sent a Notice of Violation on 9/10/2021 and they have until 9/25/21 to make an effort to comply prior to any escalation.

Deeds are public record and there are various ways of locating ownership to parcels in Wake Forest. SeeClickFix is not an appropriate venue to display owner information.

As for the owners that place our notices in the trash, the Town of Wake Forest has avenues that they may pursue including civil penalties as well as removal procedures under Chapter 14 of the Town of Wake Forest Code of Ordinances. However, we would like to exhaust any other ideas or plans to gain compliance with the ordinances prior to these escalations.

These issues should not be closed until the debris is removed. Closing an issue when a notice is sent doesnt really solve the problem. Escalation may be necessary. I know its good for your closer track record, but its a fake success. We dont care about your fake succesd rate. We want to know the issue is open and followed until actually resolved.

It is standard operating procedure as the zoning enforcement officer to close a SeeClickFix request when enforcement action has begun. Essentially the report becomes an open case for my department that will require a satisfactory conclusion prior to being closed.

I understand your frustration with the unsightly lot but be assured that a "success" is measured in voluntary compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance and the Town of Wake Forest Code of Ordinance and we strive to accomplish through a variety of ways up to and including civil actions such as citations.
