  As long as the City allows campers / persons in cars overnight this area will always smell like urine and be littered with garbage. It’s a wonderful beach that could serve as a park setting but is usually really gross and covered in glass from the cars to the water. Please do more to keep this area open for all users, not just homeless squatters wanting a view and place to dump waste.
