Description

There is a guy who walks 2 large dogs (boxers, I think) in Dickinson Square Park several times a day off-leash. He lets them go very far away from him, and doesn't seem to have much control over them. My dog is dog-aggressive, and I always keep her on a leash. This morning, I asked this man to leash his dogs, and he said "absolutely not." There are leash law signs all over the park, which I pointed out to him, but he said he didn't care. The law doesn't seem to be enforced.

Is there any way to start getting the leash laws enforced in this area?
