I have lived on Portsmouth street my whole life and never have I seen the trees so overgrown with weeds in my life. Personally I do not have any trees in front of my house, however, my neighbor to my left on 34 Portsmouth has weeds coming out around the tree that it’s making it barely possible to walk on the sidewalk. The same can be said for the trees and sidewalk in front of 31-33 Portsmouth street. It’s such an eyesore. If each property owner is suppose to weed the trees and keep everything tidy, then they aren’t doing a very good job at all, especially since they don’t live at the properties. So who’s going to clean this mess up?! I, for one, am not going to do it… if I wanted that job, I would’ve had a tree planted in front of my own house.
