Please be advised, a California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Please proceed with a citation and follow up with towing the vehicle. It does come under Community Care due to be vulnerable to vandalism.

Thank you for engaging with SEE CLICK FIX. Parking Enforcement did respond on 9/21/21 and the vehicle was marked. The vehicle was not stolen and did show to be registered to the area. When Parking Enforcement returned, the vehicle was no longer parked in the area. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our streets and city safe.
