Thanks for taking the time to report your issue. The contractor is installing a new water main, and as part of that they have to remove the sidewalk up to the trees. This is standard and part of their approval process. We will follow up once the water main has been installed to ensure the trees are properly protected. If at any point you have additional concerns, we ask that you please report a new issue.
