the lots surrounding 24th and Manton have been overgrown and covered with debris for months now. A developer promises to be building here but in the mean time we sit and look at their dirty dumpsters and overgrown trash lots. There are many children who play on our street and these lots are covered in filth and trash....dead rats, dog poop. Please help clean up these lots. Find the owners and have them take care of what is theirs.
