An overgrown tree is located in the next door neighbour`s back yard.We have taked to him to prune the tree but he says you prune it. We did prune it once but it has grown even mre. The tree is located next to our yard wall and nearly half of the tree is hanging over our wall and it shades all the leaves and rubs against the wall. Is there anything can be done to inform the neighbour so that the tree can be pruned back. We are bit afraid to talk to him.
