Can you please advise why this issue was closed?

this was closed because there wasn't an issue indicated in the original seeclickfix request when it was sent through. Is the light out? is the light missing? Is the light flickering on and off? is the light staying on all day and night? Once I know what the problem is with the light we can get a fix on it. Thank you for your request. We look forward to resolving this issue.

Interesting, I had definitely added comments to this...anyways...there isn't a light there and I am asking for a light to be installed. If need be I can send you a picture of the pole I am requesting to be installed on and how dark it is in the area.

Ms. Gerding, your request would be for a "new streetlight service". There is currently street lights on pole #10, just south of your residence and on pole #13, just north of your residence and are spaced suitably apart from one another sufficient for modal roadway safety.
