Follow-up: a new Master "Commercial" was already in place as of Sunday. Unless this was the replacement installed by the county, please have your tech try their key and door. It is a quite common occurrence in Portland for vagrant and transient squatters to break into things, then throw on their own lock. To provide for easy visual identification of tampering, locks should carry a logo or stamping so citizens can identify and report vagrancy related lock swapping and other tampering immediately
