Thank you for voicing your concerns. The City of Alpharetta's extent of service covers structures and pipes that directly carry roadway water until they daylight (the pipe ends). Situations such as this are a private property issue but, I am more than happy to meet with you to have a look at the problem and possibly point you in the right direction for a remedy.
