This is actually my 3rd time filing a complaint I don't feel like it's fair to me I am a homeowner and I take care of my property to have to smell what I smell next door at 806 Arlington and what I have to live next to it's not fair and no one that is clean wants to live next to that this issue needs to be resolved and it needs to stay resolved
