Yes, they do. My husband and I saw a school bus driver around 7 am this morning, talking on her cell phone while speeding down Front street. I wouldn't want to entrust my children's safety to these kinds of people.

Actually, I started noticing the careless driving (school buses in particular) earlier in the Spring (March). From the prospective of a bicycle and motorcycle rider too, the experience was not pleasant!

In general, with the warmer weather, traffic, attitudes, running stops and red lights, loud music, road rage, are more noticeable. We need to work together to calm our streets in New Haven. The more organized we are, the more chances we would have to reduce the problems.
