Hoarding situation and horrible smell from cats and urine The house is unlivable and the smell of pure urine and cat poop can be smelt at my house The yard hasn't been taken care of in four years she has around cats indoor and out The neighbors can't let their kids play outside due to cat poop Diarrhea and vomit She lies about how many she has she went from 60 to supposedly 30 over night The house and look isn't livable
