Description

The encampment of people "living" in doghouses is growing at the corner of Helen and Peralta. Also growing is the unsightly and unsanitary accumulation of trash and human waste. Had the hugely disgusting opportunity to see first-hand where the "'bathroom" is in these "houses".... with one of the "residents" urinating on the ground outside. The junk, the "houses", and this illegal and unsanitary situation needs to be removed.
