We have received your request and have forwarded it to AMWASTE. AMWASTE will begin servicing Hoover October 1st so with that said you will need to place your damaged cart at the road beginning Oct. 1st or leave your cart curbside with a note on it saying "Please swap or please dispose of." They will swap out your cart or take your extra cart. Please let us know if it has not been picked up or swapped by October 14th and we'll follow up with AmWaste or coordinate other arrangements with a Hoover Crew.
