Dominion Va Power has a 10KVA transformer open at 1301 Westwood Ave on pole # DL14, that feeds all Street Lights on Wstwood in the 1200- 1400 Blocks. Also, DVP has 1 span of #4 duplex down between poles CL04 to BL24. These issues have been reported to Dominion, we are waiting for them to make repairs.

Checked on 06/20/14, Dominion has not resolved all issues to have lights back working. The City has contacted them again.
