The DPW will not pick up the bushes as described. You can bring them to the city yardwaste site located at Berkshire St. We will not accept large stumps or a large amount of dirt stuck to the bushes. A dump permit is required to access the site, if you do not have one you can apply at the DPW located on Canal St.
