loud music being played in backyard of 113 Bentley after 10 PM. it's been going on for several hours and based on past experience it will continue until long past midnight. I can hear it in my house with my windows closed and my TV on. My daughter shouldn't have to wear noise cancelling headphones to fall asleep. it can be heard by adjacent houses on Bentley and Harrison.this neighbor is a repeat offender. this isn't a fluke, it's a pattern.
