Description

During morning commute hours this is especially bad. Drivers heading west on Treat and turning right (north) on Jones Road are failing to stop at when light is red, or when a pedestrian is trying to cross at the crosswalk. I have notified the PD a few times regarding this, but no enforcement seems to be taking place.
