4 (potentially 5) issues in included photo:
1. car parked in front of the mall's fire connection (called into PD - but downtown OverTime officers should be noticing. + emailed to fire chief has happened several times over last few months Called police each time)
2. Number of pallets outside keeps growing (#WelcomeToSalem)
3. Recycling dumpster overflowing (last Halloween season there was a dumpster fire in this area )
4. Dumpsters do not have sprinklers above them and are under a covered area (does this meet fire and building code?? included in email to fire chief)
5. Vehicles are parked 2 feet onto crosswalk ..
