This street sign issue remains unresolved ;(

You should contact Pennsauken Public Works, and send them an email about this issue. Maybe contacting them directly will have faster results than here.

Thanks to the advise from Frontman89, I contacted Pennsauken Public Works who then directed me to the proper people in the Pennsauken Police Department Traffic Division. Sure enough, within a week of notifying them, the street sign has been replaced!
