This cam be fixed if the speed limit on Evergreen is reduced to 25mph and the speed limit on The pike between West Grove and Jennersville is also reduced to at least 35mph. Making those changes will push speeders to use rt 1 to go from town to town and then parking can be added along the southbound lane of Evergreen street. As for the handicap access the twp threw that money away when they repaved Baltimore pike when it was not even needed. The ones that should be paying for the potholes should be those moving soil and compost materials up and down our streets causing the damage.
