Staff has created a work order to look at this area and take elevation shots. It is a drainage issue. There is no leak. A nearby home's sprinkler system is causing the water, which is not draining well.

Thanks for the prompt response. I thought about the 'sprinkler' option. The standing water is there 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It seemed to me that the water would be absorbed if it was caused by a sprinkler operating a couple of days per week for a few hours each day. I appreciate the follow up on this issue.
