How can you say "Our Traffic-Safety engineers have concluded the intersection does not meet minimum requirements for a 3-way stop and that right of way at the intersection has been appropriately assigned with the existing traffic control sign."?
The stop sign that is on "Windiate" sits at least 1/2 block away from the intersection and I have never seen a car stop there! How can that be "appropiately assigned".
If the stop sign was moved AT the intersection, then it would be appropriate!

I do NOT agree w/the Road Commissions statement saying "We have received this request in the past, and reviewed the situation. Let them watch for one day how many people DO NOT STOP on Windiate!

Let them drive on Windiate onto Saline and see if they get hit!

All I am asking is for them to move the STOP sign closer to the intersection off Windiate onto Saline.

They don't have to put up the signs because the pot holes are so bad at that intersection people have to slow to almost a stop or wreck their vehicles!

Why bother leaving any more comments or concerns!! Everyone still flies by the "stop sign"!!!! No one will fix this so Iam waiting for a serious accident or someone gets killed before they fix this!!!! Shame on everyone who will NOT fix this!!!

NOT taking this off the site as I have had several "close" encounters of getting in an accident from people who do NOT stop at the sign off Windiate onto Saline!!!!!

Still NOT taking off due to the fact I've seen people fly thru the stop sign on Windiate! Just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt - and it will be on your conscious not mine!

I will not close this until the STOP sign on Windiate is moved up to Saline Dr. Just last week alone I almost got hit 3 times due to drivers NOT stopping at the STOP sign and just blowing thru the intersection!

Again, I will not close this as every day a car flies the stop sign on Windiate before the rail tracks. All I ask for is the stop sign to be moved from where it is to the end of the intersection. I almost got hit AGAIN twice this week for cars not stopping!!!!

Let's see almost getting hit 3 times in the past month and seeing other vehicles slamming on their brakes because no one stops on Windiate, I will NOT close this!

Will not close this until they move the stop sign on Windiate closer to Saline Dr. No one stops at that sign then they blow past the turn onto Saline. I know you're waiting for someone to get seriously injured or killed until you do something about this!

Will NEVER close this until they move the stop sign to the intersection of Windiate & Saline! I know of many people who dodged an accident from people NOT stopping at the stop sign there is that’s not even at the intersection!

Nope not closing this! Just 2 days ago idiot did not stop at all and was driving very fast! I had to slam on my brakes to avoid him hitting me.
