Descrizione
I think we need better signage at the crosswalks between the Y and Kroger. Something that flashes when a pedestrian wants to cross might do the trick. Right now one doesn't know if the ped wants to cross the street or is just standing at curb waiting for a bus.

Betty, please know I am a big walker and bicyclist ( so I guess I qualify as a pedestrian) In all seriousness we can walk 30 feet to a single crossing. when crossings are so close it is just stop & go causing havoc.
The goal is to "move" all traffic--pedestrians, bikes and cars. It is dangerous especially in heavy traffic to try to look over and around backed up cars to see of a pedestrian is one of the 4 curb spots,
When someone is walking a 1/2 to 5 miles for exercise or commuting whats is an extra 30'?
I park my car 200' feet from the Kroger just for the extra exercise when I drive there to shop.
