If the Cheshire Police could sit on this street all day and give tickets to speeders, they'd make a fortune. Unfortunately, they never do radar on Spring St. There is a hill with a bend and you can't always see what's coming. Cars, trucks, tractor trailers, even a school bus come flying down this road with no regard for kids or families outside or walking down the street.
