Macon-Bibb County assigned this issue to Mercer

As of December 9, 2020, storm water related issues such as the one entered are now being addressed by Macon Water Authority, which is completely different from Macon Bibb County Government. Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to report this directly to the Macon Water Authority @ 478-464-5600. MWA is a separate entity from Macon Bibb County Government and has taken over the management of storm water related issues that were formerly on the See Click Fix Customer Relations Management Database. These are the categories affected by the change –
