Thank you for reporting this issue. In accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, our enforcement may lead to monetary fines. Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CE21-1237, and a courtesy notice with the information you provided has been mailed to the owner/tenant. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.

Your complaint will be closed in SeeClickFix. However, we will continue enforcement until we gain compliance.
